Common pricing questions
What counts as an “identified company”?
Each company we identify from your website visitors counts once per billing month. If the same company visits again that month, it still only counts once.
What happens if I hit my plan’s limit?
We’ll let you know before you reach the limit. Once you do, we’ll pause new identifications until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We never charge extra without asking.
Do you really not charge per seat?
That’s right. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can invite your whole sales and marketing team at no extra cost.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. There’s no time limit and you don’t need a credit card. You can identify up to 250 companies each month for free.
What if I need more than 5,000 companies a month?
